| RATES 2008/2009 Subject to change without notice Additional charge for pets About Our Business: We are a "mom and Pop" owned and run operation. To that end, we strive to make your stay at Pinon Court an enjoyable and memorable one, so that you will return year after year. We believe in quaint, clean, comfortable housekeeping accommodations that you can think of as home while you are here. We hope that you will treat your cabin with the same respect as you do your own home and remember that others will follow behind you. Since we have no employees, we do not offer daily maid and linen service. This allows us to offer you the cabin at the lowest price possible. The kitchens are fully equipped with plates, cookware, etc., for your convenience. We ask that when you leave, the kitchen is clean and the dishes put away and all food removed. If you stay for numerous days, please put your trash outside the cabin for us to remove. This helps avoid odors in the cabin. Out of respect for future guests, we also ask that you not cook bacon (except in the microwave), clean fish (please do it where you catch them) or fry fish in the cabin. Most importantly, ALL OF THE CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING. Each cabin has a covered patio with seating and smoking is allowed there. If you smoke in the cabin there will be a substantial additional charge to your bill. Pinon Court is a dog friendly inn. However, we do have strict rules regarding pets. We will not tolerate aggressive or barking dogs. Leaving dogs in the cabin alone, tied up outside, unleashed on the property or doing their "business" on the property at any time is prohibited and will result in asking you to leave without a refund. Please clean your pets paws and make sure he/she is dry before bringing them into the cabin. If your pet gets on the furniture or bed you will be charged for cleaning or replacing damaged items. Pet hair on bedding and furniture can make the stay for our next guest uncomfortable. Our goal is to make your vacation a fun and hassle-free experience.
