| Policies Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 10:00 am - Check out after 10:00 am is an additional $25.00 Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to date of arrival during mid and high season. There will be a $25 service charge/night/cabin for cancellation. Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival will be charged the total amount of the booking. During high season (May through October) and all weekends throughout the year, once you have checked in, you will be charged for the entire reservation even if it is shortened. Low season cancellations must be made 8 days prior to arrival to avoid charge. Special weekends - prior to 30 days cancellation is $50/night. 30 days or less no refund (refer to rate page for dates). A NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN FULL CHARGE FOR THE STAY. Smoking is not permitted in cabins. If tobacco smoke is detected we pledge to repaint the room and charge the labor costs to the credit card responsible for the room. A cabin interior repainting fee is $250.00. Kitchen cleaning is not included in the rental. If kitchen is used and not left clean a cleaning fee of $45 is charged to the responsible credit card. Reasonable cleaning caused from normal cabin usage is included however cleaning beyond reasonable usage is not included and labor fees of $50.00 per hour is charged to the credit card. (Kitchen cleaning is not included in cabin rental fees). Pet policies. We have a limited number of pet friendly cabins. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pet fees are $15 per pet per night for dogs and $25 per night for cats .Pets cannot be left alone in cabins. Pets cause extra labor fees of vacuuming the floors and furniture. Pet hair found on beds, linens or comforters is not included for the pet fee. Guests will be asked to read and sign Pet Policy upon check in. Guests must agree to vacate the premise if any of the policies are broken without refund. Noise Please respect others during our quiet time between 10PM and 8AM. Slamming car doors, cabin doors, loud talking, car security systems and pets are the most frequent disturbances. For the sake of peace and relaxation, we plead with guests to consider the noise created by normal activities and how it may effect others. Cooking. Frying fish, bacon or other extreme odor lingering foods is not allowed. Also (and very important) do not pour grease or oil down the drain as this has, in the past, caused sewage problems and very large repair bills. If the odors of fried bacon or fish are found in the cabin we will begin a deodorizing process and charge the labor to the responsible credit card. |
